In order to ensure a sustainable workforce as a result of environmental requirements, technological development and new energy sources, NUME shall nationally and internationally require tripartite cooperation where;

- safety and security regulations must be developed and implemented, before technical implementation.
- career plan and continuing education must be offered to the individual employee.
- intelligent vocational human competence must govern the technology.
