The 90-minute launch and industry roundtable brings together seafarers, their unions, employer leadership, and industry experts, to debate what a just, safe and equitable transition looks like in shipping, responding to the ITF’s call for worker input at every level. 

The event is being hosted by the ITF Seafarers’ Section. It comes just weeks before COP26 is due to meet in Glasgow to debate how industries like shipping need a system-wide shift to curb dangerous climate change.
The webinar is open to affiliates, seafarers, responsible employers, and industry associations, as well as people of goodwill who are interested in sustainable transport.

Maritime affiliates of the ITF are encouraged to attend  this webinar, and of course, to submit their questions during the Q+A section of the event.
